“My name is Clara González, mom of three boys and founder of New Gen Nutrition.
I’ve lived in Richmond for 20 years, and for the last decade, I’ve dedicated myself to the wellness industry. My journey started with my own health challenges. I live with psoriasis, which means I can’t eat many common foods without triggering allergic reactions.
Eating out became almost impossible. Most restaurants used ingredients I couldn’t have: meat, refined flours, sugars, and processed foods. So, I started creating my own alternatives meals full of nutrients, protein, and flavor, without the things my body couldn’t tolerate.
In January 2023, I decided to open my doors to the community. My goal: to offer quick, delicious, healthy meals for anyone who needs better food choices whether for health reasons, lifestyle changes, or simply because they want to feel good.
